What is your Return Policy?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at 402-573-1500 within 14 days of delivery. (Some food service items may not be returnable due to sanitary issues.) They will help you to arrange for the return and provide a replacement, a credit to your account or a full refund. How the return is handled is determined on a case by case basis. Customer Service must be contacted prior to any returns to ensure a credit or a replacement can be properly administered. Returns will not be accepted without a proper Return Authorization number provided by Customer Service. Orders returned that are sold and fulfilled by N State Packaging within 30 days of delivery must be in new, unopened and unused condition. Item(s) must also be returned in their original product packaging. N State Packaging will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or product defect. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the receipt of the returned product. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Return requests not based on a defective product complaint, an order picking error, or a fundamental error of the product's description will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
