Who am I buying from?
N State Packaging is a wholesale distributor of packaging equipment and packaging materials as well as shipping supplies, founded in 1996 and centrally located in Omaha, Nebraska where we have a large brick and mortar operation. We are a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business and are members of their BBBOnLine Reliability program and proudly display their accreditation seal on our web site. We sell tape & tape dispensers, plastic bags & poly tubing, impulse, constant heat, and barrier bag sealers, shrink film and shrink packaging machinery, heat guns, both propane fired and electric, boat winterization supplies, stretch film and stretch film applicating equipment, plastic and steel strapping strapping as well as associated tools and supplies, bubble and Kraft mailers, corrugated boxes and gift boxes, Kraft paper and newsprint along with various paper dispensers, shipping tags and labels, bubble wrap and bubble out bags, food service items, janitorial items, gift wrapping and supplies, loose fill and loose fill dispensers, and almost anything else associated with flexible packaging. Our very capable staff has, combined, over 65 years experience in the flexible packaging business.

What is your Shipping Policy?
We ship within the continental US via UPS ground service. UPS automatically insures parcels up to $100. Other shipping methodology requests, i.e. next day air, Saturday delivery, etc. is extra. Due to the fact that we ship from different warehouses across the country and that many of our items become UPS oversize when combined, we are unable to combine shipping costs.

What is your Return Policy?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at 402-573-1500 within 14 days of delivery. They will help you to arrange for the return and provide a replacement, a credit to your account or a full refund. How the return is handled is determined on a case by case basis. Customer Service must be contacted prior to any returns to ensure a credit or a replacement can be properly administered. Returns will not be accepted without a proper Return Authorization number provided by Customer Service. Orders returned that are sold and fulfilled by N State Packaging within 30 days of delivery must be in new, unopened and unused condition. Item(s) must also be returned in their original product packaging. N State Packaging will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or product defect. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the receipt of the returned product. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Return requests not based on a defective product complaint, an order picking error, or a fundamental error of the product's description will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
